Travelling for Internet

In 2006, internet was not as easily accessible as it is now… and if you are in a place like my town (neglecting the difference between a town and a village), you can have wonderful experiences. It is a place where
• you may have to wait for three months to get a land-line connection which can turn into pieces of wires even after a small drizzle.
• the only thing you can do with a land phone is ‘paying the rentals’ (avoiding it ;) ).
• you have to pay Rs 50/hr for internet including the restrictions to touch the system peripherals.
• gprs?? I think you better search for basic network signals. (Although gprs is the life-saver here in 2009 for people who can’t manage things without internet for more than three days.)
• you may feel better to travel 35kms to check your gmail inbox.

Now, travelling the another wonderful experience. The nearest reliable place to surf for a while is the district head quarter 35kms away from this place which you should travel in bus if you don’t want to miss any of these experiences. The driver and the conductor can put questions on your analytical skills if you keep in your mind any of the notions like these
• 35kms?? 1.5hrs maximum.
• The bus is packed now. They can’t allow anymore passenger.
• This can’t be a bus-stop.
